This Aparthotel was both cheap and cheerful. When I booked this hotel, I received an email from the manager himself asking if we would like airport transfers which was appreciated and no hassle. Once we arrived we were greeted by Remek and taken straight to our hotel which was right on the main market square, the room was absolutely lovely. Nicely decorated, cleaned daily, nice little heater and plenty of space for our belongings with a self explanatory safe that we made full use of. Below the hotel was a cafe which was also run by the hotel staff which again I would recommend for both drinks and a bite to eat. All in all I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends, fantastic value for money.

Room tip: No lift so make sure you can walk the stairs.

There is no denying the great location of these apartments. Practically on the square with a vast array of bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. We also didn't find it too noisy either which was great.

I would say the room is disappointing, very very dated small and grubby. On our departure we took the sheets off that we'd slept in and the pillows/quilts underneath were absolutely filthy! Covered in stains we can't believed we had slept on them for 5 nights! (This was in the Rembrandt apartments in case anyone stays in there!)

Also, after showering we noticed there was the most awful smell of stagnant water which lingered around for some time!

On our arrival, we were let in by the watchman as it was late who spoke no English and kept saying things to us in Polish with a fairly aggressive tone and pointing, obviously we had no idea what he was on about and were very confused what we'd done!

Overall, the apartments were sadly disappointing, perfect for location but for the price and the pictures they published we expected a lot more!

We chose this Aparthotel, as it was very very close to the Christmas market. The room was lovely. it had everything we needed for our three night stay. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no lift so for those that have mobility difficulty this might not be for you. The hotel is in the medieval centre of Krakow and therefore therefore you are surrounded by amazing buildings. The receptionists are very helpful and the people of Krakow are very friendly. We arranged our pickup from the airport with the hotel and this worked flawlessly and was very good value at 20 euro for four of us,

Came to stay here for two nights on a first visit to Poland. The hotel arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport and were on time. The owner also arranged for our trip to Auschwitz.
The hotel was very clean and the water in the bathroom was very hot. Our room had a TV in it , a safe, a cooling fan and a heater in the bedroom and a towel heater in the bathroom.
The price was excellent and we couldn’t fault it at all for what we paid.
It was around the corner from the old Square so was no problem to get to the centre.
Remek the owner was so helpful and also the staff were too.
We had breakfast on the day we left in the chocco cafe next door to the hotel and also had sandwiches packed up for us to take to the airport. Anything we asked for during our stay we received.
Recommend this hotel and will go back there in the future. Brilliant place to stay on our first visit and it won’t be our last.
