Just came back after spending a weekend with friends at the Columbus hotel.
Could not fault the hotel, the staff were lovely espically Marian the porter he made us feel really welcome. Reception staff were also there to help with any questions.
My room was lovely and clean, loved the bed, slept well. My room was at the front off the hotel were the trams were running, although some people might not sleep, I slept very well.
It was easy to get around either by trams or walking was great.
10 out of 10
Thank you Columbus

We stayed here for a week when visiting Krakow and had a very comfortable stay. We had a lovely, spacious, quiet and very clean room with a little balcony overlooking the back. The hotel in general was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.. Breakfasts were excellent with fresh produce of good quality. There is a tramcar stop just outside the hotel which makes it extremely easy to get about the city. You can walk to Wawel castle and the centre of town in 15 - 20 mins. The area has a superb choice of restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: A room facing the back is very quiet. Don't know if the front ones get traffic noise?

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in early October and it was delightful. From the moment we pulled up outside in a taxi and the concierge came out to carry our cases our every need was met. The rooms are lovely with great beds and bedding. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all knowledgeable and friendly. No hesitation in recommending.

Spent the weekend in Krakow and enjoyed staying at the Columbus. It was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location for both the main square and Jewish quarter. Emailed them before our arrival and they arranged our trips. Breakfast was good no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
