We went there just after the New Year’s Eve party in Wroclaw. The appartement was very clean and we have in general good memories of this place.
Kids were happy over there and we spent a great time in general as a family. Everything is modern, clean and was designed by a professional team.
The reception area on the other hand is relatively small and has no waiting zone. The lobby was also shared during our stay with a small cafe/restaurant area which IMHO is simply a concept error having both completely different services in such a small area.
The hospitality at the reception could be better as well but it wan’t rude neither.
Otherwise it’s a very good quality place for families and we’ll most likely come back in some time.

The apartments are fantastic, very modern and a very nice place to stay with excellent heating. The buildings stand in a closed complex a couple of km out of town and it feels secure, but is a 30 min walk or short drive to shops, skiing and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

There is an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge bath, games room, children's area and bar. The place has not been open long and this shows in the high standard of fixtures and fittings. However, some of the staff are clearly new and rather under trained. This was the only let down and I imagine that as time goes by this will improve. In any case, they were helpful and polite.

I went to Norweska Dolina...again ;) This is a very a special place, and I have not seen yet something like this in Polish mountains. We booked again apartment Oye 207, because of its huge terrace. We were lucky with the weather, so we probably spent more time there, than inside ;) And you definitely need to check the SPA area. Not very big, but luxurious. And this time we also used breakfast/lunch option (I think it was not offered before?), which I recommend if you are bored cooking yourself. It is only a matter of time when we come back! ;)

Room Tip: We booked again Oye 207, because it combines mountain views and a huge terrase.

Well this is a lovely place to stay. Pretty to look at and apartments modem and well equipped.

That's it. The rest leaves a lot to be desired. Whilst the facilities are very good, you are charged extra fees for absolutely everything. The pool, sauna, bowling, pool table and so on. You are offered a free drink...... But this is just for one person even though there are two of us staying. That's just plain stupid. Plus, the drink HAS TO BE vodka and orange. Ridiculous.

Staff don't really care about how much you enjoy your stay. They are mostly rude or matter of fact. Some even plain unhelpful.

This is no cheap gig so be warned. It's all about the rooms and the external look.

We just spent our Christmas here. We stayed on the ground floor in the brown building with our family of 2+1. Our apartment was spacious and modern and well equipped. There was an underground car park which was very convenient, although it's very narrow. Restaurant is in the main building, so is the children's play area, swimming pool and the bar with pool tables, bowling rows, fussball and some xbox. The whole place is very nice and unique, also the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet yet very modern place then you should visit Norweska Dolina. We will definitely come back.
