The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic location in the heart of the old town. We booked a deluxe family room, which was spacious and adequate for three of us. The room was clean with a modern bathroom. Well equipped room with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar with drinks and snacks. The only minor issue was that some of the towels looked like they'd seen better days, they were threadbare in places.
The view was amazing, we could see the Royal Castle from one window and Castle Square from the other, Warsaw Old Town was literally on our doorstep!
The staff were friendly but didn't offer details regarding breakfast which was disappointing.
The hotel tries to be a 'Art Hotel' which was nice and quirky but personally I don't think that they take on this concept particularly well, and the hotel would be much better if it drew on traditional polish decor, but that's just my opinion.
All in all, I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again and would definitely recommend.More
