A great hotel. Luxurious. Spacious rooms, a prodigious breakfast and the location is ideal. I never have had such a comprehensive breakfast. You really have a tremendous choice and the quality is outstanding. Nice people to.

Stayed 3 nights in a double room with views over Pałac Kultury.
Comfortable bed, clean room and clean bathroom (but I did find some dust on top of the ledge in the shower (viewed a lot of Hotel Inspector and Hotel Impossible.. )
Complimentary bottle of water (one even though we were two people staying in the room).
Excellent breakfast and good bar food.
Friendly staff.

We recently stayed at the polonia palace hotel in Warsaw Poland .This hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. Included in our room rate was breakfast ,I was amazed at the breakfast room there was so much choice from hot cooked breakfast to cold meat breakfast.

This is truly a grand hotel. Right in the center of Warsaw, everything in walking distance. As i am on a business trip, i can verify that the financial district is a 15 minute walk, but i guess walking to most attractions are well within this time-frame. The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel, and i am from Israel. In Israel, breakfast is everything that matters in a hotel. Besides that, the room i am in is tidy and renovated, with all needed amenities. Even an Espresso machine. And the interior halls of this hotel are magnificent. A classic old building fit for royalty. Really, up until i noticed, on TripAdvisor, that this is a 4 star hotel, i was convinced it is 5. Well worth your money. I would definitely be back here on vacation.

I had two nights at this hotel. The main rail station is about 10 minutes walk away so it is in a good location. The reception staff were great - friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. And it was quiet despite being on the second floor close to the front of the hotel. Housekeeping was very good indeed. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice and the food in the warmers was hot (which is not always the case when food is being kept warm in this way). The staff in the breakfast room could have been friendlier - perhaps they didn't like the early shift! The hotel bar was pleasant but unremarkable.
