I stayed at the Aramis next door to the Best Western. I had a wonderful dinner of macaroni, and my friend had a decent Spaghetti carbonara. I would rate that meal a four.
The service was exceptional, and the waitress spoke very good English and took lots of good care. The next morning I tried to order a breakfast and was happy to pay. The woman who seemed to be in charge could not understand that I wanted to BUY breakfast even though I wasn't staying there. "This is a four star restaurant," she huffed. Embarrassed and not willing to press matters, I ate at another hotel next door. So I am giving a 5 for dinner and "POOR" for breakfastMore
