We managed to snag a table with the best view, thanks to the wind that was blowing the rain over to our table. Despite the occasional spray of raindrops, we enjoyed our dinner, Slovenian wine, and the sunset. Shrimp risotto was to die for (every single grain was bursting with flavor), and service was fast, albeit a little unfriendly. We went somewhere else for dinner the next night and really regretted it. Nowhere near as good as Pavel 2.
