Our party of eight definitely enjoyed a fantastic lunch here. We discovered it walking through the town, trying to find a place that would cool us off on the hot August day. Would definitely recommend. Loved the variety!

We went to this restaurant because it got such high ratings. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was brusque. We had the mixed fish platters to share. Very ordinary. We had a dragon fish, which was fresh and delicious rainbow trout was also nice, and then we had what we were told was sea bass but the sea bass didn’t seem as fresh and tasty as the one we had the day before. Then there was octopus and prawns (again I have had better prawns). We had boiled potatoes and spinach which came with the platter. Portion size was good. Unlikely to do a repeat visit

We ate here on the basis that this came top of the choices for eating Slovenia food in Piran and were slightly disappointed.

The service was reasonable, but we were served very quickly with almost no gap between the starter and main course. For the starter we shared the local grilled cheese which was tasty and for mains we had a vegetable risotto and a prawn and zucchini risotto. They were large portions and had lots of vegetables and massive prawns but didn’t seem to be like an Italian risotto in that they weren’t creamy but relatively tasty all the same.

Given that we had some really good meals in Piran this one was very average, so I don’t think we would rush back!

My boyfriend and I had dinner there last night. The food was really good, fresh and quickly prepared. The staff were very attentive despite being very busy. Also the house wine was pretty good,.especially for the price
