We had a meeting with my business partner and we wanted to do it outside the office, so we decided to have a lunch menu at Ezaz. We've got a very strong veggie soup and and for a second dish a pork with mushroom sauce and noodles. Their taste was typical hungarian, but in quality not a big deal. Maybe we will give another chance for the a la carte dishes by our next visit. They have a tourist menu with goulash soup and all of the guests around us seemed to be happy with it. As the place is very cozy it was a perfect choice for our meeting. Please note, that they have a service fee of 15%, which will be added to your bill.

Ebédelő helynek jó, ki lehet fogni jó menüket 1400 Ft-ért, amiben leves, második és 2 dl bubis víz foglaltatik, de azért nagy kulináris élményt ne várj tőle.

Worth finding. Ezaz is a lovely clean friendly restaurant. Roland, our waiter was excellent, as were the rest of the staff. The food was delicious, also the wine and the beer. We were soon served although we were in no hurry. We only wanted a light lunch so decided on soup and goulash. A very good choice served with their delicious bread. It was so relaxing we sat a while drinking our wine and beer. Unfortunately, by now, we had room for their delicious desserts. More calories to walk off. Thank you to you all.

We were here because Meatology was full but were very glad of that! The food was excellent (Hungarian platter, don't plan on a dessert afterwards because you'll struggle to move!) Great, friendly service throughout - thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I dined here twice during our 4 night break to Budapest in March 2018. The food was delicious especially the Goulash soup and the meat platter for 2. The surroundings, atmosphere and customer service were excellent. It's very popular and on the Saturday evening, people were being turned away because the restaurant was full so arrive early. I would recommend a visit to Ezaz.

We stumbled upon Ezaz whilst wandering around looking for somewhere to eat. There are lots to choose from. We were welcomed in and the atmosphere was lovely and cosy on a cold night. I decided to try something from the Hungarian selection and had Chicken Paprika which came with buttered gnocchi. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the sauce was beautiful. The chicken was served on the bone which some people may not like but it didn't bother me My husband had a steak with green peppercorn sauce and steak chips which he's still raving about now and thoroughly enjoyed. We returned the next night and had pizzas which were again really enjoyable in a lovely ambience. Would definitely dine here again if visiting Budapest. Thank you.
