The staff were very friendly and a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is located next door to the train station which is great but still a metro journey away from the city centre.

The room was very old, carpet is stained a bit dirty and needs replacing. The shower curtain doesnt fit properly and the bathroom gets flooded easily.

The bed was ok and it was overall comfy enough :) lets face it, its a budget hotel and does what it says on the tin. Nothing special and plenty of better places to stay.

The service is excellent, took care of every problem very quickly
But the rooms are not 4 stars at all not even 3. The breakfast is ok
The hotel location is great and next to all public transportation

I booked via tourist agency this 4 star hotel, a standard single. Positiom of the hotel very good, close to any way of transport and eastern railway statio. The room I received was owful, wonr out, far not a 4 star standard room, maybe 2 star ??? in the bathroom towels very old, torn, just liquid soap, poor old plastic curtain at shower, bed ok, tv with very few channels, no sport channel at all, not the best image. Corridor carpets vey very dirty. Breakfast ok, but no toaster no fruits,
Over all if you have another option do not book it... pice was 50 euro...too much for this

Room Tip: maybe higher than standard

I booked the holiday as a package deal through Groupon so I did not know which hotel I would be staying at. The location of the hotel was perfect. Literally on the doorstep of Keleti Pályaudvar metro station. Upon arrival we were greeted by very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was on the top floor. Good sized room but with very basic ammenties. No toiletries were provided and no drink making facilities. However, there was a fridge, shower, clean towels, hairdryer, good sized wardrobe and a very dated television. The bed wasn't very comfortable, however, I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was not included in our package so I cannot comment on that but there is the option to purchase the buffet breakfast for 11 Euros. I cannot fault the location. Centrally located with transport links for trains, buses, trams and metro lines M2 and M4. It is really easy to get to the hotel using public transport from the airport. You need to purchase a transfer ticket to use on both the bus and metro which costs 530 Huf which is approximately £1.50. You need to get the 200E from terminal 2A which runs every 5 minutes. You must purchase a transfer ticket before you board, the ticket machine is at the bus stop. The bus terminates at Kobanya - Kispest metro station where you can get the M3 metro. Ride 8 stops to Kalvin Ter. Here you change to the M4 line for 3 stops to Keleti Pályaudvar which is the last stop on the line and use exit H. The hotel is on your left as you exit the station. It is so easy to get to there is need to get a taxi or shuttle bus, unless you've got a lot of luggage. I would recommend this hotel for its location, transport links and nearby shops and ammenties. If you're expecting a 4 star hotel, forget it.

Extremely dirty and unhealthy, with mold, dust and stains of all kinds!!! It's disgusting!!!
The breakfast plates were wet and had the detergent foam on them!!!
It would not be worth even half a star!
