Another Fantastic apartment........similar to your Berlin one !...........we loved it.
The view to the Parliament Buildings was Amazing , especially at night !!!!....
Easy walk to the Metro at Batthyany Ter......where we also found a good sized Spar supermarket...........
We also found a great Restaurant on Fo Utca called " Lanchid Sorozo " at the Chain Bridge end, which had a very ,relaxed ,atmosphere & fantastic service !!!
Your apartment had everything we needed & we will be recommending it to friends.

Together with for friends I stayed in this house during a dancefestival on the Budasite. We were really happy with the location and the we everything looked. Everything is very spacious, nice big rooms and Kitchen. Nicely decorated (Loved the tiles) and it is a good place to stay with a group of friends. The beds were really nice and it was quite so no worries about less sleep.
Contact with Eugene went very smooth, he always responded quickly and was very helpfull. Next time I would love to stay here again!

Stayed here 4 nights with family of four. We were really pleased with the location on the Buda side overlooking the Danube and the beautiful Parliament - away from the busyness of Pest, but still with easy access there by metro/tram. Close to the wonderful Margaret Island and Castle Hill. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. (Not to mention Budapest's amazing selection of exit room games...)
The apartment is newly refurbished with new beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc. and equipped to a high standard. The owner is extremely professional and helpful, e.g. with useful information beforehand, a very nice welcome pack, flexible with arrival/departure times etc. (In fact we also stayed in his Berlin apartment.) The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that it needs a bit more furnishing to finish it off - e.g. curtains, pictures, fresh paint on the window shutters. All easy to sort out and once done this will be a top apartment.
