Arrived earlier than expected on Sunday at midday & greeted by Alberto who was very friendly & informed us fortunately our room was all ready available.
If there was anything we required we only had to ask but that was the last we saw of Alberto. In saying that we had a few minor issue’s but they were resolved. The room was clean, spacious, warm & quiet.
Although it’s not close to city centre it is convenient for Heroe’s Square, ice rink & Szechenyi Baths.
We walked down to city centre on day one, approximately 2.8 miles to the Danube & a plesant walk it was.
First impressions when dropped off outside was where are we & it did make us apprehensive, but after arriving home we know there was no need to be.
We enjoyed Budapest Ville & Budapest.

There's a pic on the wall, in our room at the Budapest Ville Bed&Breakfas, and the title on it is "home away from home, for some of the ppl that's just a saying, but after staying there for a week, I have to admit! it felt just like home & more!
Alberto, the host, was kind & friendly, smile on he's face & always happy to help, taking care of you as if you were family, the place is clean & carefully designed to make sure you feel cozy & comfortable.
Such a nice place to come back to after hanging around the city, the location is great & try it and you won't regret it!

Reasonably priced and good value for money but there is a lot of competition in this price/value segment so it is on the borderline for value. Booked two rooms with kids and we were happy with the accomodation when we left so would recommend it.

Close to Heroes Square. Comfortable room, with all amenities. Breakfast served in your room. Plenty of food, quiet area, friendly staff.
Be careful when parking as although the roadside says it is available to park on the street, we got a parking ticket.

Room tip: very quiet rooms, through a courtyard so not facing the street.

We had a very comfortable stay here. There were 3 of us (adults) in one room. We never actually saw the owner but everything we needed was supplied. There was a good range of breakfast items which were topped up daily and it was great to have coffee maker, kettle and toaster in the room. Everything was very clean and the instructions for our arrival clear and easy to follow. Would certainly recommend. The only thing missing was a plug for the sink! We walked in and out of Budapest daily. Took about 30 mins each way.
