There's nothing better in Nagykanizsa anyway. Only dozens of fast food joints and a few closed down restaurants. The Regimozi restaurant is located in a former theatre building. The place is clean, neat and tasteful: white tablecloth, simple yet comfortable furniture, and a nice music playing in the background. The waiters speak just enough of English for everyday purposes, and they have multilingual menus, too. The menus could be a bit more descriptive, though. The food is well-prepared – simple Hungarian meals, including very affordable game in red wine sauce. The prices are not too high, although you will most certainly find cheaper establishment in the Hungarian country. If you want a place to eat while in this town, Regimozi is definitely recommended.
