The highlight for us at this hotel was the breakfasts. They had a very nice display of foods, and it was fresh and tasty. Since we stayed several days, I would recommend you chose 1 main item a day, so as not to get bored, as it is the same daily. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner took a while to get the room to our liking, but then maintained the coolness well. The hotel has several comfortable sitting areas, inside and out, which is nice for a group. We were a bit confused as to how to obtain and then keep towels. Some in our group started with two bath towels, and then one, then hand towels. We had two, and then only one. They were low quality towels at that! We did use the laundry service they offered as well. It was supposed to be "drop off by 9 AM, pick up that evening." Our clothes arrived the following evening, so don't chance it if you are leaving the next morning!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Asked for extra bed and few other things when booking. Everything was prepared as asked. The room was OK, mostly clean. There was some dirt on the walls though. There was no balcony so we had an issue with wet towels and swimsuit to dry out. And there was no room cleaning during the stay. Other than that, staff was pleasant. Food was great (we had breakfast and dinner). Playground for kids was very good. Parking a bit complicated in the garage (5€ per night). Wellness was good although somewhat small. Location of the hotel is not bad. Takes 10 minutes walk to city center and 15 minutes to the lake.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wellness area could be bigger, but was sufficient as the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. It's definitely great for families with kids, we were almost the only ones without kids. They have huge kids area with indoor bouncing castle etc. Food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. Only drawback is that it didn't seemed like a very foreign friendly hotel. I mean, the girls in the reception were really great and helpful and their English were amazing. Rest of the stuff was either quite struggling with English or didn't speak at all. When we were ordering a massage there weren't a list of procedures in English and no body to ask in English. And during meals there were only Hungarian signs so we could just guess about the particular dishes. But after all that was the only drawback, otherwise it was flawless stay and I hope to come back some time.

-Very good condition rooms except : noise proofing.
-The spa section (Infra, finnish sauna; steam; jacuzzi) is very nice.
-You can choose very delicious doughnut for breakfast.
-If you lucky you can parking free of charge front of the hotel. (these parking space are very limited)

I hope these information help you.

Room Tip: You can hear clearly the traffic noise from the parking view rooms.
