Hotel is more or less ok, but wi-fi don't work normally in the room, water don't go normally from the sink, so it's hard to wash hands, limited parking and if you have parking place in your booking confirmation, it doesn't guarantee anything. In the restourant was private party, so for the dinner you must go outside hotel.

Major road works in front of the hotel. Road completely blocked.
Called the reception three times how to get there, but the advice was to walk to the hotel and show them where our car is...
Quite unfriendly reception desk.
Room was supposed to have a nice view to the sea and old town - was not (see photo).
Room needs immediate renovation (see photo).
Internet did not work in all hotel rooms.
Restaurant was reserved for private party, so no food available.
The fixed-price taxi arrangement did not work, had to pay double.
The swimming pool only open for few hours in the morning.
Very limited parking.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. Perfect option for a trip to Tallinn in the summer time.
There are a lot of greenery around the Hotel and a seaside with a promenade.
Taxi to the Old Town will cost you only 6 euros.

This hotel has seen its' best days and they are far, far away. But there are some reasons for you to choose this hotel. The price is cheap and it includes breakfast. There are free parkingplaces. The giantic Rocca Al Mare shoppingcentre is within five minutes walk. You can enjoy the seascenery from your room - if on the seaside. There is a walkingroad by the sea and there is also zoo and outdoors museum near. And the rooms are ok, just ordinary but clean and practical.

Location is not ideal, bit of a walk to a bus station and quiet few kilometres to city. A big mall is next to the hotel. Rooms were small but clean. When were there the hotel was overbooked and part of our couples in the group was divided to single rooms and the hotel didnt want to compensate this other then offering a fruit plate or tickets to pool area. The staff was very apathetic and rude in this matter. We left unsatisfied because of the poor customer service.
