Clean, convenient, great service. Our trip to Margaritaville started with great service from the front desk staff, Shenique did an excellent job. She was warm, inviting, helpful and fun. She took very good care of us. Both pools are fun, we preferred the pool on the hill. One of our days, the kids were in the pool from noon until 10pm. Anytime we needed housekeeping items, we received them quickly. The resort staff is friendly and helpful. If you stay in the buildings on the hill, there is a lot of stair climbing to the pool etc but there are staff on golf carts if needed. Excellent stay. We booked thru air bnb,

First, I have no idea why this isn’t rated a 5 star. I took my Son, daughter-in-law, & 2 granddaughters ages 8 & 4.
With Covid, we decided to go away for a Christmas vacation to St Thomas instead of buying presents that get tossed aside as soon as they are opened.
The restaurant didn’t get very good reviews but we ate there several times and we were never disappointed.

The resorts beach was not great to swim in however coki beach a short walk, totally made up for the resort beach.
Both pools were very nice and we enjoyed them both.

We were in building 8 in a 2 bedroom Presidential suite and it was FABULOUS!!
I am all about the view and this room definitely had an amazing view!!

For getting around the island I strongly recommend you use Franko & Brenda taxi service. I booked them on line to pick us up and take us back to the airport. We used them throughout our trip as our personal taxi service and they were so AWESOME are such a sweet couple. They take such pride in their service and are also very informative. Another very strong suggestion is to go to the grocery store from the airport which is included in the price of transport to and from the airport.

The entire trip we all said how amazing our trip was!! We went to a different beach everyday and St John Maho Beach was my personal favorite.
Best decision ever to go to St Thomas for Christmas instead of buying useless present. Memories that last forever!

When you arrive, go to the bar and ask for Jay, great drinks and great person, his travels and life journey will make you love him. Natalie in the restaurant is terrific. We sat in her section each day for a reason, sweet, nice and wonderful. Go see Ziggy at the sailing OMG what a terrific sailing experience. Rooms are awesome and clean. Golf cart arrived every time I called within mins. We love it there and we will go back. Have fun Tell them all Mimi and Mark sent you.. SO MUCH FUN
