However, I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. It is disheartening to hear that the TV in your room did not work despite our team's attempts to fix it. I will revisit our training procedures to make sure that we can better address the needs of our future guests. As a result of your feedback we have increased our grounds patrol to make sure that the pool and all other areas are kept to our high standard.
