Modern hotel, comfortable quarters, good meal at restaurant, friendly and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Whitney Colvin whose professionalism and commitment to valuable service shined when I needed assistance in advance of a presentation for a meeting.

A group of approximately 150 stayed at the hotel for a three day event. Group meals and meetings with speakers were well handled with good food, good service and nice meeting rooms. The hotel was convenient to the Metro for transporting the group to other activities, meals and meetings away from the hotel.

My sister and I left Africa just before everything went to Coronavirus Hell. Our flight to Europe was cancelled. At the last minute we found space on a flight from Morocco to Dulles. We arrived late at night and found the airport empty. We took a bus to L'Enfant plaza and found this Hilton. We were provided refuge and a good night's sleep before we arranged for transportation home (3 hours by driving).

Location! Location! Location! I have limited mobility - but wanted to walk. It was close enough to the National Mall and the museums that we wanted to visit to make this possible. In addition there is a mall and food court attached to the hotel which was also very convenient! I would definitely want to stay there again!

First, I want to complement Meheret in the Executive Lounge. She was extremely friendly, polite, and courteous. She was the BEST person we interacted with during our stay.
Location of hotel is EXCELLENT and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. For those who care, the lobby has lots of "instagramable" backdrops.
Little things, though, were off about the hotel: our check in experience was drawn out and not helpful, the Concierge was not only not knowledgeable about the surrounding area but the property itself (ex: had to ask if the hotel had a laundry room). On our floor, the trash by the elevator wasn't emptied for three days and was overflowing and the tile by the elevator wasn't mopped in that time. Our rooms were made up every day. Just odd that a public area was overlooked.
