With its superb bread and excellent sandwiches, this branch of the global chain of fine French bakeries meets the high standards of the others we've enjoyed in Europe and the US. Our chicken with avocado and tuna salad sandwiches on crusty baguettes could not have been better. With their pastries and viennoises you can also enjoy sweets along with or instead of a meal. I've never had their soups or quiches, but expect that they will be up to the same high standard that the chain has set everyplace we have dined with them.

Highly recommended for a touch of France wherever you are.

I went for lunch with a friend, it was a great place. Sat on the 2nd floor and ate a salmon salad. Very refreshing, very reasonably priced.
Would definitely go there again.

I would say that Paul's makes one think of Paris but the staff is infinitely more helpful! We returned twice in one weekend to enjoy the best chanson de pomme (apple puffed pastry) and pain a chocolate (actually two, to be precise). This would be a rave but for the coffee which on both occasions was overheated. Take this advice from a barista: The coffee should be drinkable immediately, not 10-15 minutes later!

We didn't eat in our hotel, but chose the short walk to Georgetown and selected this small place for breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and my wife had what to us is a toastie, but which she thought was delicious.

Service was very good. Excellent quality of food and value for money.

Definitely give this place a try.

Used the counter service. Waiting for a tour group that was starting in the Navy Square. Seems well managed and staff was attentive. One of the things we got was a Palmier. It was good. I would go back.
