My husband & I attended a beautiful wedding at the Four Seasons and also stayed there as hotel guests for the weekend. It was a lovely hotel with a helpful friendly staff. The concierges helped with directions and suggestions. The location near Georgetown was great. We enjoyed the local places but also had lunch at the hotel steakhouse restaurant. We both decided that our stay was too short. We felt very much at home.

Room Tip: Our family members had differnet size rooms. Corner rooms have more more space.

Loved this destination - service was amazing and the salt water pool was a great highlight. They even lent me a pair of goggles for my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. Great pillows and bedding.

FS Washington is a great hotel from to moment of arrival to departure. The rooms are bright, beds comfy, bathrooms great, amenities as to be expected of a top hotel.
On our first night we arrived late and dined in-house at the steak house. The meals and service and wines by the glass superb.
Located in historic Georgetown, you're close to plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel car ( a most suitable lwb 7 series beamer) was made available to us for a trip elsewhere and to the train upon departure. The concierge team were knowledgeable and entertaining. Specially like to acknowledge a front of house lady named CeeDee (apols if spelled incorrectly). She was warm and friendly and made my wife feel very comfortable with warm welcomes.

Room Tip: A junior suite will give a bit more room if you are staying longer.

It doesn't look big from the outside but once you walk inside the place is spacious and immaculate.
The lobby has a luxurious waiting room that feels like you're inside a private home of an upscale couple.
I stayed with a few friends with rooms on the fourth level - all ranging from a 2 bedroom suite to a single room. Each room was nice and large and felt comfortable.
The area was beautiful. You could walk along the main street and visit many shops, and close by is the oldest stone house in DC. Then behnd the hotel is a canal you can walk along a nice dirt path for a few blocks (we never made it to the end). And the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from major sites (The White House, The Reflection Pond, Abraham Lincoln Memorial, and more)
Overall we had a pleasant stay and loved the city!

Room Tip: Ask if you can get a view of the canal/stream or a single room at the end of a hallway as those tend to be larger.
