My wife and I spend 4 night in this hotel.
The room was not clean .
The fan coil was old and very noisy and when you turn it on it was too warm and when you turn-it off
The room was cold ( no adjustment).
They charge s resort fee and wifi was terrible.
There were two small elevators usually crowded.
The location is good .
I think I had lots of better choice in dc with this budget.

The location was good. The cleanness was very poor. The air conditioner was very bad with loud voice and i had to wake up many times at night to turn it on or off and it was not automatic.
The room was very small. The house keeping did not clean the room very well and even she did not put the shampoo and body wash in their own place when they clean the room.
Also When we arrived the body wash bottle was empty and i called reception and told them but no one came.
They even did not all shampoo and body wash bottles check when they want to give the room to a person who just check in.
Generally it was not cost benefit.

Nice budget hotel to stay in especially something closer to all memorials. All staffs are respectful and very kind to assist us and answered all our questions. I like the valet parking to help ensure the safety of our car. Rooms are little bit dated but it’s clean. My husband and I are not particular about the design of the room. Our focus are cleanliness and comfort.

Clean functional hotel for a brief stay. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Safe and good neighbourhood. Rooms r bit dark and light was insufficient but overall a decent one to stay. They do have kitchen amenities and microwave etc. Bathroom shower is too small esp for taller people.

It had the perfect room that I wanted. It faced towards the crossings and I could see the view very clearly in the morning seaping my coffee. Staffs were very very very helpful. Almost for three days (the whole stay)they got me my Google map printed suggesting the shortest root to walk as I always preferred to walk. Very near to the Du Point Circle and the Mexican food chi pole. Church nearby. just less than a second .... as a whole I loved it. And the surroundings were.... safe and romantic. I have an experience of returning to the room at 10:30 PM from my party after the conference. I just walked around 45 minutes from there to George Washington town too.. and a 10-15 walk to the obelisk and the Abraham Lincon Memorial and so much........ amazing.
But unfortunately, I have not clicked a single photo inside the room or near the hotel. Just one photo I have is maybe a minute or two minutes far from the hotel at the square I guess where I am standing near the beautiful painitings.
