We stayed in Beacon for nine days, it is a very well located hotel, close to everything tourist, there are restaurants nearby, the subway station is nearby, the silver line passes through Farragut West.

I cannot recommend booking the hotel. After paying USD 100 a night via an online travel agency I had to pay additional USD 30 a night as a so called service fee direct to the hotel. It should be clear to know the whole room rate at the time of booking!!!

I had read the reviews and was a little hesitant to book but, was glad we kept out reservations. The location was very convenient and was in walking distance to a lot of things in the area. I do wish they had offered a shuttle service to / from the airport. They also could have made the lobby area a little more inviting and had cold water and coffee available for free downstairs.

The hotel was old, the team at the lobby mainly at night shift were extremely rude. The hotel charged US$34 per day resort fees and US$60 parking service. Definitely never come again.

The AC does not give control or even tells temp. Thermostat controls too streamline but worse in night some green issue slows the AC to barely functioning. Thermostat controls are joke can't control fan speed many ridiculously frustrating issues w AC

The design of our thermostat was intended to provide a modern look and eco-friendly functionality. However, we understand enhancements are needed to ensure ease of use and guest comfort.

even though it's an older hotel it is kept very clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and they go over and above with the service they provide. The location was close to everything, The Capital Mall, the subway, everything.
