The value for your money is very low. They ask a high extra fee for nothing; a typical shameless habit in a lot of american hotels. Small rooms and a small bed. Hygiene is bad. Bad and customer unfriendly service. They give you nothing extra; which a good hotel should do. Only the location is good.

I cannot recommend booking the hotel. After paying USD 100 a night via an online travel agency I had to pay additional USD 30 a night as a so called service fee direct to the hotel. It should be clear to know the whole room rate at the time of booking!!!

We stayed in Beacon for nine days, it is a very well located hotel, close to everything tourist, there are restaurants nearby, the subway station is nearby, the silver line passes through Farragut West.

I had read the reviews and was a little hesitant to book but, was glad we kept out reservations. The location was very convenient and was in walking distance to a lot of things in the area. I do wish they had offered a shuttle service to / from the airport. They also could have made the lobby area a little more inviting and had cold water and coffee available for free downstairs.

The hotel was old, the team at the lobby mainly at night shift were extremely rude. The hotel charged US$34 per day resort fees and US$60 parking service. Definitely never come again.
