We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel on our visit to Washington.
In the reception there was cool water and cookies.
We got a very friendly welkome from Elby. He offerd to help with the bustours and restaurants nearby.
The room was clean and had good beds. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was good with a fair choice. At departure Elby helped with the taxi.
I can recommand this hotel for his friendly service. It is on walking distance of the museums and white house, 25 minutes.

Close to the metro and walking distance to much of the downtown area. Fairly quiet, decent breakfast choices. Carpet and desk chair were definitely not cleaned anytime recently, but everything else was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here when I attended a meeting at the Capital Hilton. The staff was very nice. My room was next to the elevator and I asked for it be changed and it was taken care of with no questions. Breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs were a little runny. Free breakfast is always a plus, so I'm not complaining! I really liked that there was coffee available in the lobby vs. having to go to the breakfast area. I prefer to quickly get a cup of coffee and bring it back to my room, without having to go to the dining area until I'm ready to go to breakfast.

Room tip: Quiet rooms available

For where we needed to be, this was a decent hotel. Seemed a little cramped in the rooms and elevator, but considering the space it was occupying, I guess it was ok. Don't know where they park all the vehicles for this hotel, but we had to pay $30 for mandatory valet parking and our vehicle was only moved 20 feet from the entrance to a side "driveway" that already had another vehicle parked there, so when ours was put in front of it, the gates couldn't close all the way so they were rested up against our front bumper. Not really worth 30 bucks. But it was close to where we needed to be...within 3 or 4 blocks walking distance, and it wasn't real difficult finding places to eat nearby. The room was neat and clean, just cramped and no view really, but again, considering where this hotel stands, it was decent. I think the price per night should be lower than 200 dollars, however

Room tip: A quiet hotel for being in the middle of downtown DC. Good place if you only need it for sleeping.

I stay here every trip to DC. The staff is outstanding; especially Raj, they are all professional and welcoming. The room is always clean and comfortable. Very close to the Convention Center and K street area. It is a short walk to the Metro. I have recommended this Comfort Inn to friends and associates.

Room tip: 01 and 02 rooms are my preference
