We had a great relaxing stay. The staff took care of our needs and concerns. We will definitely be recommending others to Thousand Trails.

the new section is great as well as all the upgrades to most of the common areas. can't wait until the other sections are upgraded as well! the staff as always was friendly and helpful.

The information we were given was consistently inconsistent! From our first phone call to the info on the website, to the info by given by staff on our visit, nothing was the same. We paid for wifi but could not receive a signal all weekend. One of our beds in one of our cabins was broken and we couldn't reach anyone to help us with it. The bathrooms by where we were gathering were locked at dusk and we had to drive to our cabin to use the facilities. Our guests were turned away because they didn't have a pass, but they couldn't reach us to get their passes because we had no signal.

Ash cabin july 17. Those people were up till 4am fighting screaming driving reckless threw camps and doing burn outs. Security no where to be found it was a nightmare. Usually a verry secure and peaceful place . If that would have been my first time there id probably never go back but luckily I know Usually verry peaceful safe and secure.

I booked this campground months ago knowing I would be away and my husband and dog could stay here comfortably. We were leaving out of LAX so it worked out great. My flight home was delayed an entire day and while dealing with jet lag made the decision to stay an extra week. I had no problem adding the week and fully enjoyed the pool area during that time. It was Very hot!
