I feel the Customer Service, could be more welcoming and treat every all the vistors with the same courtsey.

We have been here a couple of times this summer. The place looks great. The kids pool is amazing. Out kids enjoy every minute of it

I stayed at TT from July 29th-Aug 2nd. We really enjoyed our stay in area C. The only thing I can suggest to update the electrical system in area C because most of them don't work and we have to bring a really long extension cord just to get electricity.

the new section is great as well as all the upgrades to most of the common areas. can't wait until the other sections are upgraded as well! the staff as always was friendly and helpful.
