We had a nice dinner here, but the service was slow probably because there was only one server. They were setting up a piano during the later part of our dinner which was somewhat distracting to say the least!

I visited with my elderly grandparents as they had previously driven past and noticed the lovely little terrace at the front. It was very quiet on a Sunday evening; we almost thought it was closed! We elected to sit outside as it was pleasant and warm, and the staff quickly set up a table for us. The bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was a great starter, and reminded me of balmy evenings spent having dinner in Italy. My grandparents had the special - salmon with rice and seasonal vegetables, and I had the prosciutto stuffed chicken breast with farro and seasonal vegetables. All three dishes were delicious and the perfect size. The server was very attentive, and regularly came out to check on us as we were the only ones sitting outside. Afterwards, we tried out some of the desserts. Definitely try the pear ice cream; it's delicious!
Overall, a very pleasant evening with minimal fuss and great Italian inspired food.

Dinner choices were four different entrees. When we checked into our room, we were shown the menu and realized that our grandsons would do OK and that my wife, on a restricted dietary regimen, would also be OK. The young woman waiting our table was particularly friendly and pleasant and the setting was quite nice (though they need to look after dead flies near the front window!). Breakfast came with our hotel room cost -- it was very tasty French toast with blueberries and diced walnuts. Not sure what the choice is on other days.

Had my birthday dinner here as the Imperial was highly recommended in town. Lindsey, our server was super nice, attentive, and helpful with the menu and wine list. The food, chicken marsala in our case, was delicious. But, the time it took to get a salad and main course which we split was painful. 2 hours + from start to finish. The the bathrooms, don't want to ruin you meal but I've seen cleaner lavs in the worst gas stations. Honestly couldn't believe it. They need to check these out every hour.

Would have liked to sit outside but back patio was not open yet. Indoors was very pleasant though as I was leery of freezing air conditioning since it had suddenly turned hot the day of our arrival. Service was very good and food and wine list excellent.
