“Best option for group guided tours in Anaheim area”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 October 2011

I knew of Gray Line and Coach USA's reputation as a whole before my girlfriend and I decided to book a tour with them last week to Universal Studios. After calling them, we found out their regular Universal tour was sold out, but they happily upgraded us to the Universal/ City tour combo tour and we gladly accepted it. Once we arrived at their tour center, we paid for the tour and waited in line amongst other visitors for their respective tours. The regular LA and Universal tour groups got swanky double decker buses, and our group ended up getting a "Simpsons" painted 47 passenger motorcoach with bathroom, of course. Alex, our tour guide and driver, was a very knowledgeable and personable guide throughout, and his enthusiasm kept us all interested in the guided portion of our tour. His driving was also very good, and even in LA and Beverly Hills he managed to navigate our big bus very well through the night traffic. I definitely recommend Gray Line of Anaheim if you'd like to take a guided tour from Anaheim to L.A or better yet, San Diego as their Sea World tour is very good. Good job, GL!!

“Very Convenient”

Loved that we got the buss right at the airport and it brought us very close to our hotel. Returning to the airport was great also, and the drivers take your luggage for you! Great deal!

“Hollywood Tour.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 October 2011

Our first tour that we did was Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and half day shopping at the Citadel Outlet Mall. On the way to the museum our bus driver, Glen, took the time to tell us about different sights a long our drive which was very nice to keep us entertained. During this tour you get to spend almost 5 hours down in Hollywood at the wax museum. Which was fun cause you could just wander around and go into shops and see the Hollywood Walk of Fame. There is also the Hollywood and Highland Center that has a ton of shopping and restaurants.
Now the day that we did this tour it was 105 degrees F / 40 degrees C, my boyfriends step dad, got heat stroke and there was nothing the bus driver could do for us, except suggesting that we take a taxi from the mall to our hotel which would have been a 45 min drive, we decided not to. So we had to continue on the tour and go to the outlet mall. Citadel Outlet mall was very nice and had a lot of stores, very nice.
So now the day after this tour we had paid to go on the LA Experience tour, unfortunately my boyfriends step dad was till very sick from the day before. I made sure to call early to let them know that we were unable to make it, I was also going to ask if we could get some kind of a refund but the lady on the phone offered it before I could even ask. She said she was going to ask a supervisor if we could have a partial or full refund and get back to us before we went home. We never received a call to the hotel about it and we were so busy that I forgot to cal back and I just figured I would call when we go home. But to our surprise we check our credit card statement and we had a full refund, which was more than expected.
We were said that we missed out on this tour but when we visit again we will definitely use Southern California Gray Line!

“excellent service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 August 2011

We arrived in LAX and went to the shuttle area, we were picked up @ 9:30pm we stood there maybe 2 minutes before being picked up. We arrived at our hotel 1/2hr later, which had been explained to us prior to flying. The driver was friendly and courteous. We booked our return pick-up the day before and the shuttle arrived on time. It did take 1 1/2 hours to get to LAX, but that is because all the pick ups from all the other hotels. Again the driver was friendly and made sure everyone arrived at the proper terminal. We would use again when we return to LA in the future. Thanks!!

“Excellent Service and Value!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2011

First off, they did everything exactly as they said they would! They were on time, courteous, and very helpful. They picked us up right in front of our hotel and delivered us on time and with lots of helpful hints! They were great! We did the LAX transfer (Disneyland Express), Legoland Tour, and Seaworld. They were by far the cheapest for around, especially the hotel transfer from LAX, only $99.00 roundtrip for a family of 5!! I would definitely reccomend everyone to use them for a tour!
