My son and I and his father came out from Palm Springs to escape 115-120° weather with high humidity. We have worked through the pandemic and it's been an extremely tough time and we needed a break.The front desk staff was amazing! They were always extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean relating to Covid issues. We felt very safe. We will definitely be going back and often.More

Stood here with my family and we had a great time. Room was nice and clean, even though the hot breakfast was unavailable during covid their breakfast to go bags were good my children loved them and had so much fun in the pool. Front desk Nina, Nyshon and gladys were so nice and friendly, they even brought up a luggage cart to my room for check out so i wouldn't have to leave my kids alone in the room! Rooms were nice and big my daughter didn't want to leave! Managers Erik and Charlie were so kind to us too!

Hotel was nice and clean! All front desk staff were friendly especially Nina had the best customer service! Pool was open and breakfast togo was a good selection! Every time we went downstairs they were always disinfecting and cleaning! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved this hotel and plan to stay there again next year. From the warmth of the staff who greeted us, to the spotlessly clean, large and well-appointed rooms, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The breakfast that is included was excellent, with plenty of variety for everyone. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and the lobby was bright and clean.
The front desk staff answered all of our questions and greeted us warmly every day during our seven-night stay. The ART bus stop was right outside the front doors and we were able to purchase our bus tickets at the front desk. We also were close enough to walk to and from the parks, although at the end of a long park day, the bus was usually the preferred option!

Excellent service from check in to check out. Room was clean and fresh and made up nicely when we returned from the park. One of the two elevators was out of service but the wait was never very long. Breakfast was very nice and food was always fresh and well prepared. Convenient location to Disneyland.
We want to give a shout out for the fantastic way we were treated for our stay. We were celebrating several occasions and we were welcomed the first day with Happy Birthday banners and gift bags for the 5 year old birthday girl and anniversary couple. Elisa went the extra mile by leaving a Build a Bear with a heart for my husbands 5th Anniversary of his heart bypass surgery. Nina and Luis were always friendly and willing to answer all our questions. We were there when Disneyland closed for the Coronavirus and the entire staff looked after the needs of the guests. All of us that stayed highly recommend Maingate Marriott and will stay every time we go now! Thank you for making us feel important to you.
