Leo was the first person in the front and he gave absolutely Phenomenal customer service even helped us find our room. Kuddles to Leo. Thank you again you’ve out done yourself. And thank you for making us feel welcome

The staff were great. Leo and rest of the staff went out of their way, for sure. The olympic sized pool was awesome during the heat wave with orca pool floats provided. The night time movie at the pool was an unexpected surprise to entertain (and calm down) the kids in the pool. Rooms were big - AC worked great - pizza and snacks at the pool with servers coming around frequently to take orders. We don't drink, but lots of folks around the pool were enjoying a beer and relaxing. Perfect quick getaway. Downtown Disney is right across the street! We'll probably take the trip down again just to hang out down there!

We live in Orange County,California and was looking for a great hotel to go stay and swim and get away and have some summer fun! And we found just the hotel to do that with, When we arrived we were greeted with THE BEST FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER HAD! HER NAME WAS KENDALL AND FROM THE START OF OUR STAY TO THE END OF OUT STAY SHE IS WHAT MADE OUR STAY THE BEST WE COULD OF ASKED FOR AND TO BE HONEST KENDALL IS THE MAIN REASON WE WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I COULD ASK FOR!
Their pool was just HUGE! They offer pool floaties and a DJ on weekends! Later that night they played a movie on a big screen for the kids to in the pool area so you could swim or sit in hot tub and watch a movie! They BBQ by the pool and you could get hamburgers and hotdogs for cheap,cheap. Or had a great pizza place if wanted that! The biggest pool ever seen at any hotel we stayed at before! Had lots of lounge chairs and tables and good music!
Even though there check in time is 4pm which is crappy, Kendall was still able to get my family into a room earlier then that instead of having to wait till our 4 pm check in! Which made our trip so much more worth it and better! Thanks to Kendall my kids got To go swimming way earlier!
Our room was on the bottom floor and was a nice room! But what made it great was the patio it was huge and about as big as the room itself! It was so freaking cool! The only thing is there wasn’t much furniture and so had this killer patio but nothing to really sit on or use! I did ask for atleast a couple chairs atleast since there was a table out there but nothing to sit at it with and they were on it and for my family atleast two little chairs to sit on out there. Huge T.V and great cable! And was kinda clean could of been a little cleaner but it worked!
The grounds were beautiful and lots to walk around and look at and had big tic-tac-toe games and stuff in a courtyard by our room which was cool!
The location is great and was right across from Disney and is great for anyone wanting to go to the park as well! It has a gift shop and all in all great hotel and the best customer service and pool areas we could of asked for and we will be coming back again very soon!!!!!
