Room was very clean, nice bunk beds for kids. pullout couch bed could have been better, but extra blankets and pillows were provided. we were on the third floor and the elevator was a ways away. Laundry machine was broken. Very nice breakfast offered with lots of options. Very close to Disneyland and good transportation options.

I stayed here September 14 - 15 with my daughter and husband for a quick visit to Disneyland and to visit family. I picked this hotel because of the reviews on Tripadvisor and also because I was able to use airline miles to pay for the hotel. When we checked in the person working behind the desk (Robert) was very helpful. I asked if there were any rooms available with bunk beds as I had booked a 2 queen bed room. Robert gave me a key and let me check out the room first to see if it would suit our needs. It was a great room. We were on the first floor so the room had wood flooring and the bunk beds were in the back of the room. The room also had a couch with was nice so we didn't have to sit on the beds when we were in the room. Breakfast was fine...typical continental...could use more variety of fruit. We didn't walk to the Disneyland...but you could if necessary. The neighborhood was nice and clean and I felt very safe. There is a Denny's next door...in case the continental breakfast is not enough. I would definately stay here again.

I stayed at your hotel this past weekend, 9/16/11 - 9/17/11. My daughter, myself and my granddaughter. I must say that Renee, (night Manager) gave a new meaning to the phrase, "Customer Service". She was their both nights we were and she couldn't have been anymore helpful than she already was. Her demeanor, attitude, and professionalism was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Additionally, we loved the room. We had 1 room w/two queen beds. The room was beautiful. The continental breakfast was great. Everything was beyond what we expected. (if I had to pick one thing that was not so good, it would be the parking) However, that will not keep us away. When we plan our next trip to Disneyland, your hotel will be the one we come to.

Thank you so much for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Our family of 6 adults and 1 child stayed in one of the suites with 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, bunk beds and a sofa bed. This was great for our group and we really appreciated having the 2 bathrooms. The "kids" room didn't have a separate ac unit so it wasn't as cool as the main room, but was still comfortable. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but had everything we needed. The maid service was very prompt. The parking spaces might be a problem when the motel is full, they are quite small, but weren't a problem for us. This location is not a close walk to Disneyland, but some of our family walked it and said it wasn't too bad. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

We stayed here because it is close to the Disneyland Resort (about a half mile) and cheaper. We spent nine nights here as we visited the major California them parks; Disneyland, Universal Studios, Sea World, Knott's Berry Farm, Legoland, and the beaches of Orange County.

Three of us travelling had a room with two queen beds, bathroom with two sinks, desk and chair, table with two chairs, TV, microwave, and small refer/freezer. Not bad! All the staff were friendly. There is a swimming pool and a laundryroom, as well as daily housekeeping. Free continental breakfast is served every morning with fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, milk, juice, coffee, & hardboiled eggs. A waffle iron is provided so you have freshly made waffles. Not your dry, toaster pop-up waffles.

The bus stop for both the Disney shuttles as well as the tour buses to take us to the other theme parks is right in front of this hotel. Parking is free and there was always a space available. There is also a gift shop on property. The whole neighborhood is nicely landscaped. We booked a travel package which included the hotel, park passes, and bus passes.

This hotel is more of a three story motel. It is somewhat old though nicely maintained, and the staff does not work 24 hours. There is no bell service. Carts are provided for do-it-yourself bag service. There is one elevator and three staircases, all outdoors. The halls are all outdoors too. Our room, though very nice, felt somewhat small and crowded for three people. Just to let you know what to expect. Overall however, this hotel provided a fine stay for us with their pleasant service and amenities, and decent price. Our 14 year old son loved it. A great way to enjoy the California theme park experience.

Room Tip: Our room was on the third (top) floor in a wing away from the street, and so it was quiet.

A decent family accommodation about a 15 min walk to the Disneyland maingate. Stayed in a family suite, which gave us decent space, but the room felt a bit old, but comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was OK - too crowded with not enough seating for the number of guests. Good value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful.

We just got back from our trip. We had 3 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. We needed a hotel that slept 6 and this hotel did do that. I paid 119/night but when I checked in I was told there was a $10 per day resort fee reservations did NOT tell me about. I do not like surprises.

Good= room slept 6 and had nice layout. It was a suite. A door separated the room you walk into where there is a double bed. In this room there is a TV with cable, mini fridge and micro. Then there is a door and then the bathroom on left and vanity sink on right. Then bunk beds and a sofa sleeper as well as another TV with Nintendo. Good location too only 1 mile from Disney.

Not so good: breakfast was practically inedible. No hot choice but waffles. Only apples and oranges for fruit. Cheap yucky pastries barely edible if nuked. Hard boiled eggs, cereal and toast. Orange juice and coffee were terrible. Oj was like tang and coffee watery and nasty. Parking very tight and spaces small. This is a budget hotel. The rooms are very tired and the hotel needs a remodel.

some rooms on first floor did have wood floors though. The hotel was clean and front desk helpful on check in and check out. Free wifi too.The rooms and breakfast could use some help. My husband agrees breakfast terrible especially if you are a health conscience person. I give hotel 3/5 he gives it a 3.5. I would recommend this hotel for families of 5 or 6 but would warn about breakfast
