The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast has great selection in both cold and hot items with the crispy bacon and omelet as a plus. Is gets crowded during peak hours 7am-9am. The customer service was excellent. More

We have been using this hotel for years. Whether it's a family trip, girls trip, or couples trip. We've found it's the best bang for your buck within walking distance of the parks. Within 5 minute walk you are at Downtown Disney. Tip: cut through the Great Wolf Lodges lobby and it'll spit you out even closer to the entrance of the parks.
This hotel is very updated and easy to access. Onsite parking which saves a TON considering how expensive it is to park at Disney now. We also love that if we want to go back to rest for a bit or cool off in the middle of the day, it's not far at all. This is super convenient. Weve stayed at some of the 'Disney' resorts and have been less than impressed (especially when you consider how much more they cost and how run down a lot of them are). The free breakfast is also a huge perk. It's not the typical continental breakfast either. They had breakfast meats, eggs, and chaffing dishes full of hot yummy breakfast items. We don't stay anywhere else for our Disney trips

Disneyland trip with husband. Needed a much needed trip with husband and chose this location close to the Disney Parks. Able to just park car at Best Western for the 4 days and only had to pay the resorts fee of $10 a day to park our car. instead of the $25 a day at Disney's parking. Walked straight over to the parks and if we wanted and did to go back to room. Not a bad walk to and from parks.

Booked this hotel due to the price and location to Disney. It was about a 15-20 min walk from the front desk to the park gate. You walked past paradise pier and the Disneyland hotel and enter downtown Disney to get in. The hotel was clean and the rooms are in great shape. We didn’t use the free breakfast in the morning due to running late and wanting to get into the park before open. We had a two queen room and was plenty big for us. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room as well. Overall a great 4 nights and would go back to this location again.

We stay at a Best Western whenever traveling and have almost enjoyed them all. The one here in Anaheim (Stovall’s Inn) was a bit disappointing. On our third day our room was not cleaned or stocked, when requested they brought us toilet paper. I asked to have the garbage picked up but that didn’t happen. This was a first for us at a Best Western (we left the room at 11am, returned after 5 pm).
The other issue was how you could hear every conversation, children playing right outside the windows, even when closed. This occurred every morning a little after 6 am when the free breakfast was available. This happened Every day we were there. The last negative, we reserved a king bedroom months ago but they overbooked the hotel so we were offered a room with two queen beds. They waved the $10 per day parking fee. Wanted the king bed.
Positives: Great front desk staff, rooms are clean when you check in and the breakfast is very good. Different styles of eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, juices , milk ,coffee! All very good.
