Pablo at the breakfast bar was very helpful and friendly! The views from our room were wonderful and the room was quite comfortable. Although, we were surprised to check in during a power outage and had to leave the hotel the first half of the day which we were not too thrilled about, everything else was delightful. I will mention that the outage caused our fridge and ac unit to never properly work to thier full potential either. I also want to mention the amazing chef on the grill outside, he was absolutely accommodating and the burgers were straight 🔥.

Mariayne is amazing and beyond helpful. So nice and welcoming. Made our evening awesome. Your character requirement is lowering my review. Focus on your employees instead of arbitrary metrics, especially mariayne. Lower your beer prices you greedy people. You're lucky to have Mariayne otherwise we would leave.

I had an exceptional experience at the bar, all thanks to our bartender, Terina. From the moment we arrived, Terina was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Her drink recommendations were outstanding, and each cocktail she crafted was a masterpiece. Terina’s friendly demeanor and professional service made our evening unforgettable. She truly knows how to elevate the bar experience with her expertise and warm personality. I highly recommend Terina to anyone looking for top-notch service and delightful drinks. Comfortable and clean stay. Promptly greeted by Paris who kindly got us an early check in and nice and helpful throughout. The room looked new and clean. Water stations and ice available. We didnt get to try out the pool or gym but they looked new and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The clean, new room and amenities like water stations and ice availability contributed to your comfort.
