The room was very clean, the premises was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall my experience was great, i will definitely be staying here again soon! Thank you guys for everything 🙏 absolutely no complaints what so ever being here. You guys run an amazing hotel

Was a great choice we were headed home and couldn’t drive over the mtn so late the staff was very welcoming checking us in at 2am and the room was better than expected.

Horrible! Urine left in the toilet. Wiped the tub with toilet paper to see if it really was clean. Nope! Came up black! Something sticky on the nightstand. Gross. WiFi code WOULD NOT WORK in the room. Called the desk clerk. She treats me like I am a complete idiot. I may be close, but not quite. I managed an IT department for a number of years. I know how to enter passwords and codes. Password worked but the access code would not. I ended up going down to the lobby. The girl says "its easy." (I tried 5 or 6 times in the room.) At the desk, I enter it while the tablet is upside down and it went right in. She rolls her eyes like I am stupid when I tell her I did the exact same thing in the room multiple times. I tell her "i know you think I'm an idiot, but I'm not. " She just grins. Go back up to the room. My wife tries her tablet...exact same thing- it would not accept the code. I was tempted to tell the little smart aleck to come up to the room and try it since she's so smart. I decide it's not worth the effort. Spend extra, get a decent place to stay. This is not it.
This place is in dire need of deep cleaning, update/remodeling, maintenance and safety concerns. The room had stains on the walls, filthy grout & corner, deep dust on top of wire shelving, dirty microwave (needs replaced), & no weather stripping under the door, & poorly lit.
