If you want the beach as your back yard, along with a quiet and empty beach, you just found it. This house was perfect for my wife and I and our two daughters. Having been to Mexican all inclusive resorts twice, my daughters said they actually enjoyed this more. It was so relaxing and being able to look at the beach and water before bed and we woke up was incredible. The sand is so fine, you won't find this many other places. We were there on Spring Break and the beach had very few people on it. We did see dolphins, but the truly unique thing was the group of 12 stingrays that swam back and forth along the beach each day. They bothered no one and avoided people, but you stand just feet from them and watch as they swam by. The house was stocked with every item we could have hoped for and is exactly as the photos on coastalcottagesami.com show. I used the grill to cook dinner several evenings as I enjoyed a great view. The beach chairs are exactly as shown and make it a true paradise. This is a truly unique beach community and this house made it affordable for my family to live on the beach for a week. You need to get to the beach early if you want to be the first to collect sand dollars and the larger shells.
I've rented homes in other areas and have often found how the pictures were "creatively" taken to make the place look better than it was, the pictures you see for this house is exactly as you will find it.
The ad says no wifi, but the house does have it.
