Got food poisoning at this Subway and ended up in the hospital
With serious problems. Many times the staff does NOT wear gloves, handle your food and takes payment without gloves.
It seems the temperatures for the meats are too warm. Be careful with Subways...

I asked for a Italian sub with everything extra mayo. Ended up with a thin meat and tomato slices and full of lettuce with little mayo. The robot employee explained this the only way we make it PRE-MEASURED for the limited thinking employee. On a a diet? Go to sub way. Want a sub? Go elsewhere else.

My husband and I love Subways footlong sandwiches and they make the perfect meal for us to split one footlong between the two of us. We have gone to Subway at 353 Havendale Blvd. in Auburndale, Florida for years and years on our way home from church and purchased Subways. This Subway store used to be the best Subway restaurant in the whole area, but when a management change happened boy oh boy did the restaurant take a deep dive in its service and the quality of its sandwiches. The people working there used to be friendly and greet you as you entered the store and they were very attentive to what customers were asking for on their sandwiches. They would make nice, neat eye appealing sandwiches. Now the people working at this location rush along as you ask for your choices on your sandwich. Bread is torn with hunks missing as they cut it and the ingredients are added in a sloppy unappealing way. We always ask for light mustard. At our LAST visit, the sandwich maker put loads of mayo on the sandwich and when we repeated that we only wanted light mustard she proceeded to wipe the mayo off with a napkin. Gross!!! Yuck!! Then she squirted some mustard on the awful looking mess of a sandwich that she had made. We found it so unappealing looking that we asked that she please just remake the sandwich and please do it correctly without the globs of mayo which had to be wiped off with napkins. She said she couldn't do that because the manager said they couldn't remake sandwiches. That was our LAST and FINAL visit to that Subway location. Subway is a good sandwich fast food store but only if you pay attention to what the "sandwich artists" are doing as they make your sandwiches. Steer clear of the one located at 353 Havendale Blvd. in Auburndale, Florida. There is another Subway further down about three miles in either direction from this one.

Basic Subway, however one of the larger ones in the area, welcome apron going through the door, took my order quickly, prepared as I asked, used my rewards card for points, worth the trip!

We stopped in this Subway and I just have to say I was not expecting to want to write a review, however, the service was so good, I had to! The minute we walked in we were greeted with by a friendly employee. The sandwiches were quickly made and the employee even apologized for making us wait while she was washing her hands before making them. Definitely would recommend this Subway over the one on Berkley which was closer to the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex.
