6 family members here from out of town for a wedding. All staff were so accommodating and helpful every day. We stayed 3 nights. At 11:30 pm I was even able to get a bagel toasted for me even though it wasn't on the all night menu . They go out of your way to please.

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place and will definitely do it again! The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and very nice. We enjoyed the opportunity to grab a snack when we arrived late and breakfast was delicious.

I don’t know what is going on with this property. Our room was not cleaned or refreshed 5 days out of 7, despite making management aware every day. Air conditioner kept us awake, a combination of drafty inconsistent temperature and loud noise. Bed coverings very light weight. Poor lighting in shower room, door takes up all the space. Not a pleasant experience.

Twice to this hotel and both times check in was a nightmare. Only 1 there and the staff doesn't acknowledge you as a guest, takes off on cell phone. U called the desk while standing there waiting and it rang and rang. She finally returns to ask if we're checking in.. Really it's almost midnight and my whole family is sitting on the couches waiting for her to come back to assist us

The location of the hotel is great! Easy location to access, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and was spacious. The free breakfast ends at 9:30. However, there is a shortage of outlets for your gadgets. The bathroom itself is tiny. Walking in and shutting the door is a feat with the space you have between the door and the toilet. The fridge stayed cold enough but there’s no microwave in the room if you needed to reheat. Could use some updating, especially with the a/c unit but overall it was a good day.
