The museum is on the second floor of a tall building across from a hotel along the River Walk. We came up the stairs from the first floor but the main entrance is along the River Walk. It is a small art museum but it is a gem. I loved the Civil War-related paintings, which I found unusual, such as Columbia welcoming the South back into the Union. i just
loved my visit!
