Thourougly enjoyed our stay at the albatros. The food was excellent and the staff really friendly with great service. Hassan the manager really works hard to get feedback from the guests as he is very focused on continual improvement. Will definitely go back to this hotel as its great value. The location is good 5 minute walk to the beach and if you like nightlife right near the English pub and nightclubs Actors and the factory and a short cab ride from the others. Weather just about perfect this time of year am thinking of going back in October.

We had a week at the Albatross at the end of March. We were looking for a reasonably comfortable hotel where we could relax in the sun. The Albatross fulfilled this in some respects. The hotel is generally clean and food acceptable but the hotel has a slightly jaded feel. Our stay was somewhat spoilt by being made to feel like 2nd class customers. The week we stayed, there were certain visitors that the hotel staff were obviously trying to impress. This entailed reserving seating in the lounge and on the terrace and on one occasion when my husband vacated his seat to go to reception, a bar manager swapped a less than clean seat cushion at the visitors table with the clean one my husband had just been sitting on. I was dumbfounded at such treatment. A similar thing happened in the evening in the bar area when our seats were removed by staff whilst we visited the toilets. It was little things like this coupled with the lack of detail and care that made us glad we were only there for a week.
This was our 2nd trip to Morocco, previously we stayed in a riad in Marrakech and I have to say there was no comparison. However you get what you pay for and this is a reasonable hotel if you get a cheap deal.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful ... 5 star all the way... The food was fantastic .... Entertainment good...! The whole Morroccan experience was great...Our 6th floor room had a pool and sea view which was beautiful to look out from every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was plentiful and the quality excellent.Nothing was too much for the staff a pleasure to be there and so relaxing.Special mention goes too the Restaurant Manager Abduali Meha but all the staff always had a smile and a hello. Will definitely be back please save a room.

Room Tip: The lifts are very efficient and accessible. Go for a high floor the views are great. The pool/seavie...

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The all round quality puts it right up there with the best all inclusives I've been to. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The quality of the food for the overall cost was quite something. Very cleverly, only a little of each dish was brought out at a time which ensured fresh food was pretty much constant as opposed to some places I've been to where it's sat around for ages. Plently of veriety too. The 'house' drinks were absolutely fine - I wouldn't bother paying extra for branded. The room and bathroom facilities were perfectly fine - very clean. Actually, the whole place was very clean. It just goes to show what a change in management will do. You can basically ignore all reviews which are older than 6-9 months. Speaking to members of staff they all agree that the new manager has turned the hotel into one of the best in the area. If we return to Morocco/Agadir it will certainly be to this hotel.

Room Tip: Those which overlook the pool/sea are quieter

Best holiday ever in this hotel!
Everyone made us so welcome. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was amazing, we never had the same thing twice!
The shows in the evenings were very entertaining and lots of fun. A special thank you to the animation team, without them our holiday would have not been as special. Thank you Amine and Othmane for your great enthusiam, you made aquagym so much fun and we loved learning the different steps to the dances!!
I do recommend this hotel 100% and will certainly go back in the coming future!!!

What can i say, this is the best hotel i have stayed in out of all of my 4 trips to agadir. I went with my husband and 8 year old girl and we absoloutely loved it. Our room had a pool and sea view which was beautiful to look out from every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was plentiful and the quality of the food was beautiful. My daughter never got bored of playing in the pools and enjoying the mini golf etc.
The location is absolotely perfect as it is just accross the road fom the promenade where they have Mc DONALDS and Pizza Hut.
We also enjoyed the private beach area with deckchairs and use of the towels this was very relaxing.
Overall a fantastic holiday in a fantastic hotel. Would highly recommend and hoping to go back myself very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Ask for rooms overlooking pool area great view of agadir as far as the eye can see
