Upon arrival we had a 3 hour wait for our room which was lovely when we finally got it.
Holiday Rep was supposed to meet us but never did.
Food was better than some hotels in Agadir and was of a good standard but upon going to the bar in the evening we were advise that vodka is not included in the All Inclusive, something that is not advised on the website.
As we had 6 vodka drinkers in the booking this turned out to be an unwelcome extra cost of around £150.00 for the 7 days.
Trying to confirm our transfer to airport was near impossible with the most unhelpful, rude and arrogant man I have ever come across in the Customer service field, he would not even make a call for us.
Transfer company did not turn up at the time shown on paperwork and 2.5 hrs later we were still waiting so opted to take 2 taxis to airport costing us another £50.00 and literally just made the flight.
Hotel was very nice, waiting staff friendly and Animation Team were great, Thank you Amine, Samyeer and Ahmed for a great birthday.

Room Tip: Garden view rooms can be noisy when clubs are open

The place is looking good, the receptions girls in the evening are fantastic and provide quality service, the buffet restaurant supply world class service, unfortunately the foods not the greatest however the restaurant staff are so kind and at your service at all times which is great, the only thing letting this Hotel down in this hot environment is water, despite paying for All inclusive and being super thirsty and all the water/drink suppliers closed within the atlas amadil, unfortunately you can not get water for free after 12am, its the first hotel within this country which doesn't supply this, I asked the late reception guys and they mention the nearest shops are a taxi journey away, I mean what does one do, the other option was to walk into a club for some water which costs, I think it defeats the purpose of All inclusive to not being able to provide the simplest fluid > water.. so far 1 star, lets hope it gets better throughout the week, I will be back on here to submit tomorrows review ad may include pictures

I was used to stay in more like 5* property in Morocco but I was very pleased in Amadil hotel which is a good 4*
When it's nice during your Holiday you care less about the category of your hotel... I have some the reviews before and you can always search and find some details missing. Me I find in the hotel everything needed for a family holiday. Big Bonus is working WIFi almost every where good Speed for free, very nice water slides, renovated rooms with walk in shower. The Beach just across the promenade 2 metre, elsewhere it's 10 meters.

My partner and I stayed here for almost a week. Luckily we were not all-inclusive guests, as the food and drinks on offer to all-inclusive guests is shocking - poor choice, low quality, and tables weren't laid for breakfast. The pool side bar staff were very friendly, but the reception staff were appalling. Every time we approached with a question or a problem, we were told to ask a different member of staff or told to come back at a different time. Evening entertainment consisted of a 20 minute dance or magic show, followed by the same band every evening. We were especially disappointed by this, as we chose the hotel specifically as it provided evening entertainment. The pool and beach are lovely and the slides are a bonus.

The staff at this location are not super helpful with anything at all. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable but I did have my sheets changed when I arrived because it was not clean. The food for breakfast was ok but not anything exciting. You can order omelets but you have to go out of way to ask it is not known or offered. The property is nice and right on the beach and the staff at the bar are very nice. The pool is not open in the evening and is not heated in the winter. I would prefer not to go back again.

Nice location , close to tourists center and on the beach side , it is 30 minutes walking to Agadir Marina which has some shops and restaurants.

Staff are nice , rooms are big , however house keeping and room service little late when requested.
Safe in rooms chargeable and the WiFi is not as good as expected !!!

Only a few selections of drinks on offer. No ice creams in the day for kids. Only two set menus in the themed restaurants. Tables were never laid properly, always asking for salt & pepper and a spoon. Evening entertainment was poor, nothing for the kids in the evenings.
