Good location, close to the Marina and the sundy beach. Rooms needs to be renovated, very poor amenites in the bath room, no hair drier, very bad Wi Fi and TV connection in the room.Dishes and glasses were not well cleam and water was cut off often. I can't say that this is a clean hotel.
Breackast unaxeptable and meals of very poor quality.
Staff needs to be trained especially waiters at the dining room.
Very noisy at night due to the disco next to the swiming pool.

Stayed for two nights recently. The location is good about ten minutes walk to the seafront, (across a busy road and downhill through a small park), where there are plentiful restaurants and cafes. The outside areas are pleasant with a big lobby/ bar area and swimming pool area which is very spacious.

The hotel has only about three levels and the rooms seem to be only on one side, so they all come with a lovely sea (or ocean view). Some of the rooms have balconies and if not the rooms are bigger with more space inside instead of having the balcony. This isn't a luxury hotel and could do with some tidying up and modernisation. The A/C and toilet flush didn't work in my room and after some complaining and time, was offered another room, although it wasn't automatically given.

Breakfast was fairly basic with the usual bread, fruit and tea/ coffee available. This hotel wasn't particularly cheap compared to others, probably because of the location and unfortunately I probably would look to stay elsewhere when visiting Agadir.

We booked this very pleasant hotel for a short stay before our 3am bus departed and found the balcony generous, the bed divinely firm, the bed linen and pillows very good, the bathroom spotless and well appointed including a bidet and rain shower as well as a hand held option..not all pool loungers have a mattress and you do need to bring beach towels.. very nice pool surrounds with a generous deck and tables and chairs for pool side dining and coffees..While it isn't the Royal Bay Sofitel where we had stayed the five nights previously, neither is the room rate. Reception staff welcoming.

Room Tip: Room 319 was very pleasant. Parquet float floor, Balcony with wooden furniture, overlooking the pool...

Staff are ok if you tip them.
Small dinky rooms so asked them to move us to a diffrent room witch they did, go for the room on the second floor that comes with a balcony.
The road leading to the hotel you as a women you would get harrased quiet a bit.
Agadir as a whole is not what it used to be, i wouldnt recommend it to any familys that will be going there its like the heart of the red light district.

The rooms are tired but relatively clean, the AC works and most rooms have a sea view. The spa downstairs is a death trap! The utensils like nail clippers and files are not cleaned nor sanitised!!! The water from the tap is not drinkable and the breakfast juice is mixed with it so do not indulge. But they do sell bottled water on the premises so you will not go thirsty. The sea and the beach are near and the pool is quite good.

Room Tip: The ones with balcony are better

Dont be confused by the other images you see on the web, they are in fact images of the 12 renovated rooms this hotel has. If you book from teletext holidays or any other "cheaper" holiday agent thinking you are getting a bargain, you will be in for a shock when you receive the rooms that in a poor state that cannot be considered 3*. The deco was well dated, the beds were practically mattresses on the floor, the wardrobe doors were hanging off and you did not even want to enter the bathroom.
We thought the whole hotel would have been renovated by now, due to the new images on tripadvisor and similar websites. We then found out by the management that the rooms featured on these websites were of a higher price and could only be obtained through booking on booking.com therefore we ended up paying more on top of our package to be upgraded as what we were given was inhabitable. The new rooms were of a good standard as shown on the images. The good thing about this hotel however is that all rooms have a nice view of the beach, gardens and pool.
The breakfast was very simple and same every day. The staff were friendly and the pool and gardens were nice however make sure you know which rooms you are actually booking, dont be confused into thinking they are all of a similar standard like us.

Room Tip: make sure you book one of the 12 renovated rooms.
