The hotels reception area was welcoming and a pleasant. We found the hotel room to be quiet although the building is on a fairly main road. Some of the fixtures and fittings looked a little tired and in need of replacement but the room and bathroom were spacious compared to more modern hotels. That said, the bar area on the ground floor was in the process of being refurbished during quiet periods. The staff were excellent, helpful and very attentive. Bar and restaurant prices were reasonable and compared well with many of the bars in the area.

Perfectly OK hotel for a night or two. The room is functional with aircondtion, safe and WIFI. CNN and BBC world. The bed and the pillows are very hard though. Lots of warm water and a good water pressure in the shower. A bit run down, but seems clean.
We had a room on the sixth floor which had a nice view of the city. The location is good - 5-10 minutes from the medina and the same to the United Nation Square.
The facad is newly renovated so it look great from the outside. The lobby and bar area is modern and inviting. The breakfast was rather poor.

Hotel is situated in centre of town close to United Nations square and Mohamed V. square. Bathrooms needs some refreshment, room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. In the evening is nice music in the bar near reception.

At 4:30 AM the morning of Dec 31st, my room door was opened by a strange man with a key given to him by the hotel desk. The reception's response: it was a mistake. Really? I was appalled by the insincerity of the desk people throughout my stay, and while the place is reasonably priced and well located, I urge you to go elsewhere if you value your safety and peace of mind.

Room Tip: stay away entirely

The hotel is situated at the center of Casablanca, really close of good restaurants.
It was clean and the room was big enough, but the breakfast (that was not included in the price) was really bad. They don’t have almost anything, just some bread, juice and mermelade, and it’s 7€ per person.
The staff is nice and there ir also a bar for have a drink (the beer is 3,5€).
