We went to this place because we were just craving for some Japanese food. Okay, it’s off season and I understand that. The restaurant was empty and we walked towards the cashier because no one bothered to greet us. There was a lady and 2 guys working. They were on their phones.
We had to find the menu ourselves. One guy gave it and he went back on his phone. It’s like come on, we’re the only customers who actually showed up. Maybe we needed some attention! So we walked away. No one explained the menu, no one greeted us and of course, they don’t deserve our money.
To the owner, you seriously need to take a look with your staff. Terrible service always creates a memorable experience that owners don’t like.
