OK, so the rooms are nice. Modern and quite spacious. I don't know the function of the decorative sliding door, but it can be ignored. Location is handy for exploring the city.
That's the positive side, here's the not-so-good stuff:
Staff is helpful but need training. Menu was lacking half the items listed including a standard steak and the local speciality (pastillia). Snack bar better, but they need training in us westerners use of alchohol. Never did I see a more painful attempt to open a bottle of champagne.
We made use of the in-house hammam and massage option. Booking assistant does not really speak or understand english and we were not sure if our requested timeslot was as we wanted it. Waited half an hour before being fetched. No instructions or help available, as staff doesn't speak english.
Breakfast buffet... bland and boring.
Safetydepositbox not working.
