First and foremost Nabil was outstanding. He met us after we got picked up from the airport, made sure we found our riyad and welcomed us. We asked that night if a day trip to Chefchaouen was possible for the following day and he made it happen. He sent us a picture of our driver, Mohammed, who was also super sweet and accommodating. As we were returning that evening we asked Nabil for recommendations of where we could get a cake for our friends birthday and he went above and beyond for us, got us a beautiful cake for her, and made sure we were able to keep it a surprise. It was very touching to be so well taken care of.

We then went on the desert trek and had a great time. Our driver Jamel was no less than all the other crew. The van was comfortable and Jamel always checked on us about when we were hungry, our options for stopping for bathroom breaks or snacks or whatever. We had nice conversations during our drive and meals, he was a gem. When we arrived at the Sahara, our camels were waiting for us and we trekked to camp. The camp was beautiful and quite luxurious, the coolest part of the whole trip.

I cannot say enough good things about this crew and trip. They were always available to give us recommendations and help in any capacity. They truly went above all expectations to make sure we were not only satisfied, but that we genuinely enjoyed our trip and their services. These guys are a must and will make your trip memorable!

This is a lovely company with personal service. I felt like we all became family. Nabil was our first contact and he is always available. Redouane was our driver and as we started out for the desert he picked us up at our Riad for a private trip in a spotless 4X4. In our case, unfortunately the road to the desert unexpectedly washed out.(Please do not worry, this was totally a freak occurrence.It wont happen to you.) Suddenly the situation was quite scary with rocks falling on the road. We had to turn back, and Redouane was SO good, reassuring me and trying to distract me while driving with skill to get us out. He phoned Nabil, who told me not to worry about the money, that he was just thankful we were ok, which I really appreciated. The rest of the time was just great, they found us beautiful places to stay since we couldn't go to the desert, helped us with mailing, took us grocery shopping. Redoune took us to his house and we met his wonderful wife and child. We had booked our Riad in Fez ourselves and it was in an extremely hard place to find, and they walked us there day after day until we could find it ourselves! We booked a tour of Fez with Hajar and Redouane that was a highlight of our whole trip with the love of their country and the incredible information about Fez, but also the stopping to eat at a local stand, and even the taking of great photos of us.

I think that Nabil and his people are interested in showing us their country, and I also think they are keen to form relationships with their clients and I think they truly care about us having a great time. We are still in contact with these great people and, in fact, Nabil sent me a photo of Redouane and himself this morning!

Best customer service and hospitality!! Our experience ion Morocco would not have been as incredible without Redouane, Hajar and Nabil. When we booked this trip, Nabil immediately made it clear that he and his team were there to take care of us. He proactively reached out to me to make arrangements to have someone drive us from the bus station to our riad in Fes.

Unfortunately we used the guide that our riad host recommended on our first day. But, while he was a wealth of knowledge,
we learned the hard way in Fes, that there are a lot of guides who receive commission for your purchases so take you to their friends’ shops and just let you alone to fight and barter.

After our “bad” experience we reached out to Nabil to see if he could help us find us a guide for another day in in Fes. And our experience with his guide, Hajar, was a complete 180. Not only was she well-spoken and had an obvious love for the history in Fes, but she felt so bad that someone in her country would take advantage of tourist, that she tried to make it up for us by making sure we had little trinkets to take home. She also would also help us with bartering and even walk away if she knew we were getting taken advantage of. Lunch with her was incredible and while we only had one day with her, I felt like I walked away with a new friend.

It goes without saying, the evening in the Sahara was breathtaking and the luxury tent experience was out-of-this-world. It was the best bed and shower in our 10 days of riad-hopping.

But the most pleasant surprise of the entire experience was how much fun we had with our driver (now, friend), Redouane. We were in a car with him for almost three days at 8 hours a day. He made us feel comfortable immediately. He was so incredibly giving to others, often handing a few dirhams to beggars and even pulling together snacks and water for families on the side of the road. We learned so much about Morocco, the Muslim religion and the Berber people and we are better people for it.
