We loved it. Clean, beautiful, quiet and amazing staff. They are not expensive and it has a very good location next to the main square. Breakfast was really good and they offered nice programmes on good prices.

This beautiful little Riad was a great location, with just about everything we wanted in easy walking distance. Just a few minutes from Jamaa el-Fna and tour meeting points. The room was comfortable and clean with nice shower and toilet. The breakfast on the roof terrace (fresh orange juice, coffee, pancakes, pastries) was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. It initially seemed hard to find in the maze of streets but that changed after the first day of walking around.

Very quaint. Had suite on top floor that was roomy and very comfortable. Excellent location and authentic. Enjoyed very much. Breakfast nice on roof top. Good showers and comfortable bed. Right in thr Medina so make sure you have google maps or map.me to get you there. From the el fna square it is actually very close but you hsve to find the right street.start down Rue riad zitdoun latkim from the square. Both maps were a little off but got friendly help at hotel where maps said hamza was located.

Lovely, well-restored riad very near Jmaa el Fna, just of Rue Rue Zitoun el Kedim. Spotlessly clean, nice room, comfy bed with crisp white sheets, nice bathroom, plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast from 8.30 am. The room was spacious and cool. The two guys running it were very helpful and friendly. The main downside was that it was noisy; I was woken every morning by the scraping of the iron furniture on the roof terrace being rearranged by the maid directly above my head. In addition, guys were talking outside on the street until 2am on my last night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and the aircon didn’t work, but luckily I didn’t need it. Also, if you arrange airport transfers, make sure you know who to pay, the taxi driver or the riad. All that said, it was good value.

Room Tip: Ask for one that doesn’t face on to the street.

You need to walk a bit forward, left, and a bit right than Google Maps shows but it is not hard to find, at least during the day. The location is great, very close to the main square and simultaneously relatively quiet, there is no noise from the city. We loved the breakfast (serving on the terrace from 8:30), and we even got something to eat before 7 o'clock as we had cooking classes in the early morning. Both receptionists were really friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady did not speak English but it was somehow easy to communicate, she put some extra bug detergent when we asked. I saw some reviews giving low rates due to the lack with heating but a smart person will never follow anything like that because there is no European heating anywhere in Morocco I guess. Nevertheless, there is air conditioning and it is easy to set it for 30 degrees heating which is good to put if it is too cold and humid. The staff organizes local trips as well. Towels and bed sheets were clean. There are tiles on the floor so some small carpet would be useful and no shower curtain so the bathroom got entirely wet. Very tasty coffee and great price value though!
