We stayed here for a week halfboard and cannot complain about anything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do anymore for you. The food every night was delicious and real Moroccan food. Our waiter explained everything we had to eat and how they make it and with what ingredients etc. Our room was always cleaned well and the mattress was very comfortable. My partner proposed here and we had a beautiful table made up for us and all the staff were congratulating us! Drinks were average price and lunch was good value and tasted lovely. I also had a spa and it was very well priced and relaxing. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back. Thanks all xx

Got a really cheap deal as someone messed up with the advertising room rate.
As a result, we were largely ignored at this riad. It's beautiful but I would not stay there again , nor would I recommend it.

We've been there for 5 days. Hotel is really traditional, if you want to enjoy old Medina and this kind of city life in Marrakech, you will appreciate hotels location. Its smashing about 10 minutes for walk from the main square - Jemma. Hotel was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was good - especially their orange juice was delicious.
Thank you for great vacation in Marrakech.

Stayed 5 nights in the Orient Express suite with my sister. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated property, attentive service. Staff speaks excellent English. They arranged to have a staff member meet us at the nearby taxi stand at Place du Moukef (pronounced MOQF) so that we had no trouble finding the riad on arrival. They also arranged a nice transfer car to the airport at the end of our trip. On-site hammam and massage were a treat, and dinner at the riad (which can be arranged in advance for a modest fee) was delicious.

The riad is about a 10-minute walk through to the souqs to the main square. It's a bit confusing the first time, but you get the hang of it. Just don't make your first attempt in the dark! (That was my biggest mistake.)

One caveat about the rooms: Bathrooms are completely open. So make sure you're very comfortable with your roommate!

4 night in the saphyr suite with our private jacuzzi and indoor terrasse. Lovely staff. I speak French so no problem with communication. Their English was excellent too. Everyone was helpful. We loved the breakfast as it s different from your full English or continental. Hotel organised transfers to and from the airport with no issues what so ever. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Little problems: ants in our bathroom along the walls leading to the outside area. They didn't bother us too much.
The area is not the nicest but as long as you follow the same guidance as when walking around the souk, you ll have no problem. Don't get lost. Know your bearing and just say "no thank you" to anyone approaching you in the street.
