My Daughter and I took a trip to recouperate relax and enjoy a few days away from the normal Moroccan retreats.

The pictures do not do this luxurious fabulous oasis in the hub of the medina justice as it's is simple amazing.
So much care time and effort has been put into its inner core, structure customer care/experience that it's a rarety these days! The uniquness of this cannot be simplifyed, the art deco is out of this world and the owner and staff were on hand to cater for our every need. My love and thanks to you all !

Our room was upgraded part way through our stay at no extra cost. Our complex dietary requirements were catered for daily and amazingly so. Thank you again.
We took the guided tour to Essaouira and this was also fantastic.

I cant wait until I can't wait to visit again as this felt like we were staying with family as were treated like royalty throughout it was hard to drag ourselves back to reality!
The spa pool and facilities are immaculate and the villa's cleanliness is second to none.
The hamman and scrub was so needed and so well done loved every minute of it

A must for anyone seeking solitude luxury and total pampering

Thank you Villa Makassar
You have achieved what has become the impossible in this fast paced mass hotel holiday market! An oasis in the desert !

In the middle of the Marrakech hassle and crazyness u can find such a blissful and luxury place as it is Villa Makassar - the super-friendly desinger and owner of the place has really thought about every little detail in this villa:) More than a comfortable place with a good location - walking distance to the main attractions, it is like an eye opening and amazing tour around the world with its unique art pieces and details brought from different places. Loved it!
As well as the delicious food and great service in the restaurant Le Makassar - definitely worth trying it out.

We've recently come back from a fantastic stay at the Villa Makassar, from the second we arrived to our departure we were looked after and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, it's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it's walking distance to all the tourist spots and it's also a great retreat from a busy day out in the Medina. The hotel organised an amazing trip to the Atlas mountains, definitely worth a visit. If you have booked to go to this hotel, you will not be disappointed! It's fabulous!!

We stayed a week in October 2014 in this really fancy Art Deco Riad in the heart of the Kasba.
Although the rooms are rather dark, we really liked all the tiny details which make this Riad itself a piece of art.
All staff were super friendly and did an awesome job to make us feel comfortable; they helped us a lot organizing day-trips and Hamam package (you definitely should also try the Hamam directly at the Riad, it's wounderful and also here the staff is great!).
The breakfast changed every day and included always fresh cooked traditional Marrocan delights.
We enjoyed the stay a lot!
