Good for a stop over as we did nice rooftop area overlooking square cheap and cheerful, we stopped one night on way out and another on way back both nights were fine location is good for transportation, arrange local busses of vehicles hire, be aware of taking photos around square they will expect payment and can be quite aggressive towards you

I had a bad time here. We stayed for three nights in two different rooms, the bathroom smell bad, the mini split didn’t work in both rooms and the cool es through the windows, even so they have good blankets. Also because is next to the market it gets noisy and crowded at outside.

Food was lovely and ideal area in heart of old town. Very traditional and basic hotel however,it's ideal for a short stay as you walk out the door and you're in the heart of Marrakesh. The main attraction is it has a balcony over looking the square

Spent the first night in Marrakesh here and it did the job; no thrills just easy stop over. 3 man room with ensuite was clean and tidy - breakfast in the morning was traditional with many gluten based products. Decent balcony with view over the centre.

I still have nightmares lf my week long stay at hotel Ali. The food is very authentic home cooking and excellent, the rooms and especially the toilets are hauntingly bad. I contracted very bad stomach bug and was totally unable to function for days, you may well get sick from the filth.
