Stayed at the Riad as we were running the annual Marrakesh marathon. Great place, right in the old town. Stayed with three friends and the rooms were lovely. Particularly liked enjoying some winter sun, whilst sitting on the rooftop sun deck.
It's only a short walk through the old town to the main square where all Moroccan life takes place. In fact, walking is an option to everywhere you may want to visit in the city.

We stayed here for my mother in laws 70th birthday for 4 nights with the whole family. Our group ranged from 6 years old to 70, so we had a wide age range. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect - it's really close to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, souks and some beautiful restaurants or street food. It's a traditional Marrakech riad and great value. Take a book and chill on the roof top terrace or enjoy your breakfast up there. If you are looking for a fabulous, authentic Moroccan experience, this is the place to stay.

The stay in Riad was fantastic. We stayed 3 days and everything was great. It is in the old city and is close to everything. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to my friends!
I go to Morocco every year and also try to pass by the Riad. I look forward to seeing the great staff and the beautiful surroundings.

We had a 5 nights stay (WAY too much). Our air conditioning was not working but no one ever bothered to fix it, we were given a tiny heater and freezing every day in that room. We did not receive a key for our room, with the explanation that ´ít is safe´..... Every time we took a shower, the bathroom was flooded. There was water pouring down the walls of our room when it was raining. Except for our sheets, the place was not clean, stains on the sofas, rusty appliances in the bathroom... We were given the opportunity to go on a day trip, which we paid for one day in advance. No one ever bothered to tell us it will be a 35 min walk on a mountain, and that it´s not a good idea to go there as it was raining and 0 degrees Celcius that day. We were given a driver that only spoke French, so we couldn´t communicate with him AT ALL, and gave up our trip when we already arrived at the destination. Conclusion, 60 euros for a 150km ride with the car. The only thing we liked was the sweet lady that prepared breakfast for us; the breakfast was the same every morning and composed of Moroccan semolina pancakes, bread butter and jam + coffee and one glass of orange juice. The last but not the least, the pool that they talk about, is only for decoration. The whole place looks so poorly compared to the pics. To be honest, I don´t recommend it.

I am sorry to read that you found your stay disappointing. I have checked with our staff and they cannot recall you bringing any of these issues to their attention during your stay. Had you done so, we would of course looked in to your complaints and done our best to remedy them. Having said that, we would take issue with your comments concerning cleanliness. It is indeed unfortunate for you that you visited Marrakech during an untypically wet and very cold period which must have affected your enjoyment. We hope next time you return to Morocco the sun will be shining.
